I build web apps, Discord bots, Twitch tools, OBS overlays, server infrastructure, video game musicI buildweb apps
Web developer since 2003, server provider, music producer and streamer from Frankfurt. I bring ideas online as web applications, bots and streaming tools — and arrange video game music you can listen to on Spotify, Apple Music & more.
Platform for async multiworld runs by the Pixelgrinders: sign in with Discord, submit YAML files, download patch files and follow every player's progress — with tutorials in German and English.
A fully editable always-on-top overlay for items and party in Lufia II. Click through item states, drag characters onto items, build your own packs via JSON — for Windows and Linux.
Relicts of Evermore: the trading cards for the SNES classic Secret of Evermore. Cards drop in the Twitch stream through subs, gifted subs, bits and channel point dice rolls — each one lands in a personal album, plus a leaderboard.
Twitch moderation in the browser: multiple channels as tabs, timeouts, bans and message deletion right in chat, polls and predictions, plus emotes from Twitch, FFZ, BTTV and 7TV. Twitch OAuth sign-in, open source (MIT) and available as a Docker image.
A pixel-art meadow as a stream overlay: viewers join the meadow with their name and an individual Pokémon and battle other Pokémon. Anyone can use the meadow and integrate it into their own Twitch stream — works with OBS and Streamlabs, Twitch login, available in five languages.
Calculates the theoretical maximum score and the optimal Star Power path for any Clone Hero chart (.chart / .mid) — with an interactive highway visualization. Runs entirely in the browser, no backend, in German and English.
Reads the game state live from the running Snes9x and shows party, timers, inventory and run events in real time — as its own window and as an OBS overlay for Lufia II Ancient Cave speedruns. No configuration needed.
I'm Epyx — a programmer, server provider and music and video producer, out of pure passion. I've been building for the web since 2003, creating applications, bots and tools that support communities and streamers day to day.
My music is made with a lot of love for detail and quality: arrangements and compositions from the world of video games, released on Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms.
My great passion is also Japan: I have traveled there (almost) every year since 2018 and by now I stream live from there as well. And when I am not coding or making music, you will find me on Twitch playing Clone Hero.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it. ❤
